Chain of Life Network® firmly believes that the greater our level of candor with Members, the greater the value of our relationship. Therefore, we place extreme emphasis on respecting your privacy and anonymity. We sincerely hope that this becomes apparent as you read our uniquely stringent Privacy Statement. Namely, you can interact with and/or respond to our Internet site with complete confidence because no responses can be linked to any Members. This will become even more apparent if we conduct postharvest and marketing research polls.

"Chain of Life Network® does not, and will not, sell, rent, lease, lend, barter, divulge, or give away any of the information which Members individually provide via this site. The only exception is that we may reference tabulated aggregate results of possible research polls."

Information that is Collected:

When you visit Chain of Life Network® you may provide us with two types of information: (1) personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected on an individual basis (voluntary registration) and (2) web site use information collected on an aggregate basis as you and others browse our web site. Voluntary Registration:

Visitors to Chain of Life Network® are given the opportunity to register for Membership. This process obviously requires us to obtain certain information in order to provide this service. Such information will be clearly delineated on our contact pages.

Access to Poll Results:

Members can view the tabulations of our poll responses, and are encouraged to add their own responses to our database.

No Liability for Acts by Third Parties:

Although Chain of Life Network® will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of Member registration data, transmissions made via the Internet cannot be made absolutely secure. Chain of Life Network® will have no liability for unintentional disclosure of Member registration data due to errors in transmission and/or unauthorized acts by third parties.

User Access to Information Collected:

Members may access their respective registration data during normal business hours by contacting Chain of Life Network®.

Log Files:

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track users' movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Tell-A-Colleague:

We encourage you to inform your colleagues about Chain of Life Network® by using our easy referral service. Just enter your colleague's name, e-mail address and any comments, and your colleague will automatically receive a URL link back to the specific page to which you referred them. Chain of Life Network® does not capture any information from these transactions that you initiate.

Security:

Consistent with the Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we do not knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without requesting parental consent. The information Members provide to Chain of Life Network® is used to better understand the content needs of our membership. Our goal in collecting personal information and monitoring visitor traffic patterns is to provide you with the best available web experience for online postharvest and marketing information of floral crops.

As stated above, Chain of Life Network® DOES NOT SHARE INFORMATION ABOUT INDIVIDUAL USERS WITH ANY THIRD PARTY.
