Postharvest and Marketing Library Database

What is believed to be the world's largest floral postharvest and marketing database in the world containing over 19,186 citations is presented in a searchable and browse format. For example, the ensuing subject categories are followed by the number of article citations contained in this database at the time of this writing: ethylene (3205); STS (692); MCP (177); floral crops (8090); roses (1477); flower food (1650); foliage plants (1086); bedding plants (866): potted flowering plants (1837); and cut foliage (252).

A very small part of the database is now presented that can be accessed by clicking on the phrase Database Example. It lists the first five articles that contain information on the effects of ethylene gas on quality of potted rose plants. The keywords used for this search were POT AND ROSE AND ETHYLENE. Click on the binocular symbol to the left of each citation in the Database Example to see a listing of the keywords and abstract that are presented for each article. You can also type in year, other author names, publications and the like. After becoming a Member, you will be given full access to the database and also detailed instructions as to its use.
